•This is for improving a website the business already has. It is not a full new website build.
•We make the next step clearer, improve the enquiry form, and set up a simple reply/tracking flow.
•Best for businesses that already have a website but enquiries are messy, slow, or easy to miss.
•Does not include a full website rebuild, advanced assistant, SMS, or CRM unless quoted as an add-on.
•The £49/month care plan is optional. It covers health checks, small wording/message edits, basic form checks, and simple automation fixes.
Professional Lead System

•Lead capture can send details to email, Google Sheets, or another agreed lightweight system.
•Follow-up messages help recover prospects who enquire but do not book immediately.
•Best fit when the business already receives website/social traffic but replies manually or inconsistently.
•CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, advanced booking systems, and multi-location flows are quoted separately.
Premium Website + Lead System

For businesses that need the website/landing page rebuilt around lead capture, smart answers, and follow-up.

•Built around one clear business goal: more quote requests, bookings, calls, or consultations.
•Includes improved page structure, service copy, trust signals, CTAs, and enquiry flow.
•Useful when the current website looks weak, lacks clear conversion flow, or does not support lead capture.
•Final scope depends on number of pages, integrations, assistant complexity, and automation requirements.
•Advanced custom dashboards, full CRM builds, ecommerce, and SaaS-style portals are quoted separately.

Care plans are recurring monthly support. They are optional and can be cancelled under the agreed terms.

Client-owned accounts
The client keeps their domain, Cloudflare, Stripe, bank, and business accounts. We only request the access needed to launch.
Clear scope protection
Each package has a written scope, with bigger systems quoted separately before work starts.
Clear update limits
Care plans cover agreed small updates and checks. New pages, custom systems, and major redesigns are quoted separately.
⚡ Payment note
Card payments use Stripe Payment Links. One-time setup packages are paid once. Optional care plans are recurring monthly subscriptions and can be agreed separately after the setup if preferred.
